To those of you that have taken the time to send us letters and emails of appreciation for the festival. While no one here on this committee does this for recognition, it's still nice to feel appreciated. Most importantly, a HUGE thank you to all who support and attended our festival and continue to make it the success that it is today.
Our celebration is held at our beautiful beach, located just south of Boca Raton and ten miles north of Fort Lauderdale. The Main Stage is located in the main beach parking lot at SE 2nd St and S. Ocean Way.
It is our pleasure to invite you to join us February 11-14, 2010 in celebrating our 63rd annual Deerfield Beach Founders’ Days. Our celebration is held at our beautiful beach, located just south of Boca Raton and ten miles north of Fort Lauderdale. In addition to arts & crafts and food vendors, our event includes a Saturday morning parade and bed race, auto and motorcycle shows, a family carnival, live entertainment all weekend and a grand fireworks display Saturday, February 13 at 9pm.
We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, staffed by volunteers. Our mission is to carry on the celebration of our founders, improving our festival each year, and to give financial support to local charities, school and youth groups, and civic organizations. We have a lot of fun in the work we do, and are always looking for volunteers to come on board, as well as Sponsors to help us in our endeavor.
